iBloom was selected as a partner for one of the top 10 banks in Azerbaijan to design core and leadership competencies. These frameworks aimed to support employees in developing right competencies to achieve company’s vision and mission.
The iBloom have conducted exhaustive diagnostic or organization using surveys, interviews and focus group discussions, across different functions & organizational tiers. Upon completion of diagnostic stage, iBloom experts have mapped major competencies to Values and developed behavioral indicators to further embed them into organization. These indicators are anchoring behaviors that will be integrated into core HR processes, including performance, talent management and recruitment.
